Sports Heads Shipping Policy
At Sports Heads Pty Ltd, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping terms before placing your order.
Processing Times
• Our order cut off is 9pm on Tuesdays. All orders placed on or before 9pm Tuesday will be shipped on Friday. All orders placed after 9pm Tuesday will be in the next weeks schedule.
• During peak periods, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.
Delivery Timeframes
• Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 2 to 8 working days, depending on your location and the courier service used.
• Delivery timeframes are a guide only and are not guaranteed.
• Factors such as public holidays, weather events, courier delays, and regional delivery schedules can affect delivery times.
Courier Services
• We use reputable third-party courier and postal services to deliver your order.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
• Sports Heads Pty Ltd has no control over courier operations and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Delays in Delivery
• We do not accept delays in transport as a valid reason for refund, return, or cancellation of an order.
• Once your order is in the hands of the courier, delivery times are beyond our control.
• Sports Heads Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or costs caused by delivery delays.
No PO Box Deliveries
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, or similar addresses.
• A valid residential or business street address must be provided at checkout.
• Orders placed with a PO Box or non-deliverable address may be delayed or cancelled until a valid address is supplied.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Sports Heads does not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or similar mail-only addresses.
All orders must be placed using a valid residential or commercial street address.
Orders submitted with a PO Box, Parcel Locker, or invalid delivery address may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded at our discretion. Any additional costs incurred as a result of an incorrect or non-deliverable address may be charged to the customer.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.
• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or any other reason outside our control, any re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
• If your order is returned to us due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, we can arrange re-shipment once any applicable fees are paid.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
• If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@sportsheads.com.au.
• Claims for lost or damaged goods will be assessed in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.
• Where a claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Tracking
• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the courier’s website.
Refund policy
Sports Heads Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sports Heads Pty Ltd, we aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, refunds or returns are only processed under certain conditions.
Accepted Reasons for Return or Refund
1. Faulty Goods – where the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
2. Incorrect Item Received – where the item received is not the same as the item ordered.
3. Goods Not as Described – where the product supplied is materially different from the product description at the time of purchase.
Non-Acceptable Reasons for Refund or Return
We do not accept refund, cancellation, or return requests for the following:
1. Change of mind on the product.
2. Order no longer required.
3. Incorrect order placed by the customer.
4. Delays in Delivery or Transport – Sports Heads Pty Ltd does not accept delays in freight as a valid reason for refund or cancellation. Delivery timeframes are outside our control once orders are dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
• We advise that delivery is typically 2 to 8 working days from the time of dispatch within Australia.
• This timeframe is a guide only and not a guaranteed delivery period.
• We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers, transport issues, weather events, customs clearance, or any unforeseen circumstances.
• Sports Heads Pty Ltd will also not be held liable if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or any other reason outside our control.
Return Eligibility
• Items must be in the same condition that you received them – unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
1. To start a return, contact us at hello@sportsheads.com.au.
2. Returns will only be accepted once approved in writing by Sports Heads Pty Ltd.
3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
• Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected, and where it meets the conditions outlined above.
• All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Sports Heads Pty Ltd.
Additional Notes
• We recommend checking your order carefully before confirming payment.
• Once your order is placed and confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
• Please note: Use of a promotional code will void eligibility for free shipping.
• Any replacement or reshipment due to courier loss or damage will be handled in accordance with the courier’s claims process and is subject to approval by Sports Heads Pty Ltd.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Requests for custom designs using official player images, league imagery, logos, or other copyrighted material will not be accepted. Any such requests will be substituted to the official governing body, including the NRL, AFL, Football Australia, or other applicable supplied imagery
